If the computer you are using is located in a lab or other location where it is accessible by the public. We strongly recommend that you turn off the AutoComplete feature . Failure to turn off this feature may cause the data you enter on this Web form, INCLUDING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, to be stored in the computer and displayed to another user in the future. Photo : An uploaded photo is required at registration. Your photos or digital images must be:

• In Color.
• Sized such that the head is between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (22 mm and 35 mm) or 50% and 69% of the image's total height from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.
• A recent photo that reflects your current appearance.
• Taken in front of a solid, light colored background (a blank wall is ideal).
• Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
• With a neutral facial expression and both eyes open.
• Taken in clothing that you normally wear on a daily basis.
• Do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline, unless worn daily for a religious purpose. Your full face must be visible, and the head covering must not cast any shadows on your face.
• Headphones, wireless hands-free devices, or similar items are not acceptable in your photo.
• If you normally wear glasses (without tinted lenses), a hearing device, or similar articles, they may be worn in your photo.
• Dark glasses or glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable.
• No glare shall be on glasses.
• No group photos. You must be the only one in the photo (no other people or pets).
• Photo must be head and shoulders only. No full body photos will be accepted.
• The image must be in JPEG file format.
• Maximum file size should be less than 1 MB.

• E-Check Service (drawn against U.S. bank accounts only) 

ETS reserves the right to add or delete payment options at its own discretion and without notice.

After entering your credit card account number and selecting “Process Payment,” you may be given the option to pay in the currency supported by your card issuer or in USD.  

ETS processes payments with your security in mind. This may impact your on-line experience. Visa Secure/Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey, and Discover ProtectBuy are 3D Secure (3DS) online fraud prevention measures used by card companies as an added layer of security to protect cardholder account information. During the payment process you may be asked by your card issuing bank to verify cardholder identity by entering an authentication code known only to the cardholder and the bank. Failure to enter the required information or entry of invalid information will result in the sale being rejected. If you don’t know your 3D-Secure passcode or password, and you are not being given the option to enroll online in the bank’s pop up screen, then you will need to contact your bank.

Receipt : When you submit your registration a confirmation page will be displayed. This confirms that your registration information was received by ETS. Your admission ticket with your test date and test center will be emailed to you.

Reçu : Lorsque vous soumettrez votre inscription, une page de confirmation sera affichée. Ceci confirme que vos coordonnées d’inscription ont été reçues par ETS. Votre billet d’admission avec votre date de test et le centre de test vous sera acheminé par courriel.

Cancellation Policy : After registration you may not change your test date or cancel your registration. Refunds are not permitted. The test is subject to be canceled if there are less than 5 examinees registered.

Politique d’annulation : Une fois votre inscription effectuée, vous ne pourrez modifier votre date de test ni annuler votre inscription. Les remboursements sont interdits. Le test pourrait être annulé si moins de 5 personnes s’y sont inscrites.

Technical Issues: We require that you use a browser that supports Java/Javascript and secure transactions (SSL) on the Web. Financial transactions conducted over the Web using any other software cannot be guaranteed secure. Because of some known problems with older versions of browsers, we strongly recommend that you use latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser.

Difficultés techniques : Vous devez utiliser un navigateur compatible avec Java/Javascript et les transactions sécurisées (SSL) sur Internet. Les transactions financières effectuées sur Internet à l’aide de tout autre logiciel ne peuvent pas être garanties comme étant sécurisées.
